W. M. Hurwitz Announces the Release of His First Book ‘The Black Gown’

The eye-opening story of a man who suffered abuse all through his childhood

[Ottawa, ON], Release: [January 4, 2022].

W. M. Hurwitz launches a new book called The Black Gown written by him. It details the trials and tribulations of a man who suffered sexual abuse at an early age that, too, at the hands of people he trusted to protect him and keep him safe.

This book highlights a very taboo topic of child sexual abuse, which is prevalent even in this time and age. Being a victim of sexual abuse himself, Angela wondered how many other kids like him were out there who went through something similar and never spoke about it. This thought compelled him to write this book to offer support and assurance to these victims that they are not alone and that staying quiet is not an option.

“This book is a must-read as it brings to light the topics we refrain from discussing. It is mind-blowing to see how people get away with such heinous crimes because they hold a certain position in society. My heart reaches out to the victims of sexual abuse. May God give you the strength!” – Emma Goldsmith

The book will be available for purchase on Amazon and at all major bookstores in [Ottawa, ON ].
